It’s the start of a new cycling season and therefore it’s the start of a new season of Tweets of the Week! The original is BACK (we started in January 2012 – how time flies!) and we’ve got a little treasure trove of tweets from EF All the Words, Katusha, Lotto-Soudal, Astana, QuickStep, to name a few, that amuse, mystify and, well, downright disturb.
Just when you think it couldn’t get better … Stage 19 was the first of two Andorran stages – and the second-to-last chance for riders to put some serious time into their rivals. Boom!
It’s a ‘beasy’ time as we get ready for the first Grand Tour of the season starting on Friday. But that didn’t mean there wasn’t great racing last week. Today, we celebrate Thomas De Gendt in the Alps, dance with Dan Craven in Senegal and lament the sanitisation of Fabianese. Plus much much more … It’s a bumper crop of TWEETS OF THE WEEK
