Well well well, another week in cycling, another controversy. I don’t know about you all, but I am really done with reading/talking/thinking about that photo finish, so we will skirt around it and tell other stories. Because this is Tweets of the Week and we freewheel …

🇬🇧 Tom Pidcock: "I went too late. I should have gone first, I think I was the fastest. I think I was the strongest of the race. It's a bit frustrating by losing with such a margin. But it's still second so I'm still happy." pic.twitter.com/kcx9rxHri2

That was RACING! Glad to back 😉 We threw some grenades today, we’ve had @Tompid one centimeter off the main prize. But we’ll win many more with this young man 💪 #AGR21 @INEOSGrenadiers

Translation: Always come here to drink beer with my teammates
Primoz Roglic is ingeburgerd: ‘Kom hier altijd naartoe om bier te drinken met mijn ploeggenoten’ https://t.co/qcnclasSAN

And to give the podium bouquet to the winner’s wife!

And the interviewers masks!
"It would be illogical if I had to wear one and you didn't"

re: cycling, my mom knows who Primož Roglič is but she thinks “Wout is more handsome, why don’t you interview Wout”

Rippingly great
For a lot of people, the rider of the race was Mauri Vansevenant and his never-say-die attitude. Crashes, ripped jerseys and shorts, mechanicals – his first Amstel and he rode it like the Duracell Bunny. Nothing kept him down.

This is not a new @starwars movie! It is even better as we are shooting with our riders for the new @AlpecinCycling Campaign!
