You’ve asked and we’re delivering! Starting Saturday, VeloVoices will be doing a daily Tour de France podcast. But don’t worry it won’t eat up too much of your time.

Every Grand Tour has so much to talk about – but how can you keep up with hours and hours of podcasts each day – not to mention the hours of race highlights every evening! So if long podcasts, which break down the action in detail and go into the minutiae of the travel arrangements between host towns, are too much of a commitment for you, then we have the (short) answer.

Every single day during the 2018 Tour de France, we’ll be bringing you the Tour in 5. A quick 5-minute recap of the day’s action and a look ahead to the next stage. But what we would really love is if YOU came into the podcast too! We want to keep the cheer and positivity up, so we’d love to hear what made you cheer, what made you laugh, your Rider of the Race – in 5 words! Tractors, super domestiques, breakaway exploits – get creative, get a thesaurus, and send your thoughts in! Please say your first name, your location (if you want) or your Twitter handle, then give us your topic: ‘Rider of the Race: Marcel Kittel’  then 5 words: ‘super gelled, turbo charged victory!’  – or ‘Roadside Art: TRACTORS! shiny, synchronised, French farm fantastic!’
