A sprinty finish into beautiful Bern and a change at the top of the leaderboard.
Tour de Suisse Stage 3: Menziken to Bern, 159.3km
Peter Sagan has been victorious on stage 3 every year since 2011 but that winning streak was stopped in it’s tracks by a rampant Michael Matthews (Sunweb). A huge lead out from Nikias Arndt on the uphill finish dropped ‘Bling’ in the perfect place to out-sprint Sagan and Trek-Segafredo’s John Degenkolb. Heading into the mountains, Matthews is the new race leader by 10secs from teammate Tom Dumoulin.

Aqua Blue’s Dane, Lasse Norman Hansen, was out in the break again collecting more KOM points. When his break partner surrendered to the inevitable, Lasse kept going and was only caught with 13km to go. The Aqua Blue team are a firm favourite – always active in races they participate.
