Utterly, utterly thrilling and absorbing stage. Find the full highlights and ENJOY!
Tour de Suisse, Stage Three, Grosswangen to Rheinfelden 192.6km
Peter Sagan (Tinkoff) made it two victories in two days on a tough day out in Switzerland. The world champion took the three up sprint from Michael Albasini (Orica-GreenEdge) and BMC’s Silvan Dillier. Their 3sec advantage over the chasing pack puts Sagan into the race lead by 3secs over Dillier and Jurgen Roelandts (Lotto-Soudal). These are the bare bones, words cannot capture the Rainbow Warrior in full flow, he just sings to my cycling soul.
Highlights.
Orica-GreenEDGE animated this race! Beaten by Sagan in the sprint on stage 2 they came out with a whole new game plan on stage 3 – and by golly it nearly it nearly worked! Paris Roubaix champ Mathew Hayman in the break, Amets Txurruka and Michael Albasini on the attack, finishing with 3 in the top ten at the end of the day. #Chapeau

Sagan is truly awesome. It’s amazing how much time he spent up front and still had some left to win the sprint at the end to beat the 3km wheel suckers. Just awesome.
