What could Etixx’s Niki Terpstra have done to win yesterday’s Ronde? Not much as Alexander Kristoff was cool as a cucumber in that last kilometre and with no sign of panic, he took the second Monument of his career and the third Katusha victory in a week. BMC’s Greg Van Avermaet was third.
