If you’re planning on attending LIKEBIKE in Monaco over Easter, why not take part in the NiteRace? A precursor to the bike exhibition, this adrenaline rush, fast and furious 40km race will be held on 29th March from 5:00-7:30pm over 30 dramatic laps of the world famous Port Hercule of Monaco, using part of the F1 Grand Prix circuit.
NiteRace will be a fun-filled event giving amateur teams a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to race flat-out on the iconic F1 circuit against locally-based professional and celebrity riders. There will be up to 70 two-man teams, with riders swapping saddles every three laps. In addition, teams will be able to ‘bid’ for a professional rider to complete a total of six of the 30 race laps. The funds raised from these laps will go directly to charity.
Entry to the event costs €150 (early Bird single rider tickets based on two-man teams) and tickets may be booked online here.
The race is being run in association with the Monaco Cycling Federation, which is affiliated to the UCI. The federation will hold the 43rd edition of its annual criterium during the day, after which LIKEBIKE will stage its two main events: a demonstration race for exhibitors’ eBikes, followed by NiteRace.
