Twelve-hour days, sand-encrusted bikes and shared facilities don’t seem to ruffle the feathers of BMC’s mechanics out in Qatar.

We all know what our job is and what we need to do. Sure there are stressful situations, but if you know that you do your job well, and I think we all know that we do, there’s no reason to stress.
